As an Integrative Health Coach, my role is to support and empower you to create meaningful, lasting changes in your wellbeing and lifestyle.
I believe you already hold the answers within you. My job is to help you uncover them, guiding you with tools, insight, and encouragement so that transformation feels natural and sustainable.
Together, we’ll explore your values, beliefs, habits, and vision for the future. Coaching is not about quick fixes or rigid plans, it’s about understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface, then building strategies that work for you.
I provide a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported a place to pause, reflect, and grow. Whether you want to improve your nutrition, strengthen your mindset, nurture relationships, or reconnect with your identity, I’ll walk alongside you as you create a life that feels aligned and authentic.
Mindset
Your mindset is the way you choose to think about things, how you relate to others and to yourself.
If we don’t give our mind nourishment, we can experience a lack of motivation, fulfilment, and energy. We might find ourselves struggling to embrace the present and spending too much time among our thoughts, away from the people and things we love. However, when we shift our mindset, we create change.
Nutrition
Your body and needs are totally unique. Choosing the right food to nourish the body and mind is an essential part of living a balanced life. By encouraging a positive relationship with food, you can become energised, stabilise your mood, and sleep better.
Growth
Personal growth is an ongoing process, choosing every day to lead your life in a direction of your own choosing. It can be the discovery of boundaries, and deciding whether you need to strengthen them to benefit, or pushing past them to seek new horizons. Our identities are also constantly in flux—throughout the course of our lives who we are changes with each turn in the path our life takes.
Lifestyle
All the things that happen in your life, from you career, to your relationships, to your finances are connected. As with all things, we need balance. Choosing to engage with the people, activities and practices that fill our cup is the difference between feeling alive or depleted.
